 He was born on 16 October 1991 in Palghar, Maharashtra, India. His father’s name is Narendra Thakur. Shardul Thakur’s performance has impressed everyone. Shardul Thakur had been playing cricket since his childhood when he was just 13 years old.  Then he would wake up at 3:30 in the morning and go to play. Once, he surprised everyone by hitting six sixes off six balls in his school cricket match.

He played his first first class match against Rajasthan .His debut was not so special.  Shardul took just four wickets in his first four matches. But Ranjit season, 2013 -14 was very special for him.  He took around 27 wickets in that Ranjit . not only this. He took five more wickets once After this, his performance in the next Ranji season was once again seen going up. 

Shardul took 48 wickets in 10 matches at that time.  At that time he was jointly the best bowler and the number one wicket taker.  It was here that his career found a new path. After this, in the year 2015-16 Ranji Trophy, he took 8 wickets in the final match against Saurashtra.

Early Life

Shardul Thakur made his debut in the second Test match played against India and the West Indies.  The match was played in Hyderabad.  But the sad news was that he was included in the team in place of Mohammad Shami in that match, but he suffered an injury in that match. At that time, he grew to 294 players playing for India. The whole part was required that when he was throwing the ball in the fourth over, his legs got stretched.

Immediately after that things present with India were called to the ground and sent to the hospital to be scanned and fed Umesh Yadav in his place as a Substitute player.
